Modern Slavery Statement

This statement is made on behalf of iDataMaze Limited (company number 13791456) in accordance with the Modern Slavery Act 2015. We are below the turnover threshold that makes a section 54 statement compulsory. We publish one because public-sector work, and any decent supply chain, expects to see it.

Our business and supply chain

We are a UK data consultancy. People do the work. We do not operate factories or overseas production. The supply chain is cloud and software licences, insurance, accountancy, office services, travel, and equipment - public and private UK clients and suppliers. We expect the same standard from them that we hold ourselves to.

Policies

• Supplier code of conduct: no forced labour, no child labour.
• Employee code of conduct: the same prohibition inside the practice.
• Due diligence on suppliers where the risk is real (people, cleaning, electronics).
• Right-to-work checks before anyone starts. No cash-in-hand labour.
• Everyone engaged is paid at least the National Living Wage (and the National Minimum Wage where that is the lawful rate).

Risk, training, reporting

Risk is reviewed with an eye on supplier, place, and type of service. In a firm this size, training is not a slide deck: directors know the signs and will act. Concerns can be raised with the directors or to Info@idatamaze.com, without going through a line manager.
