You talk to the people who write the SQL
No account team between you and the work. Srini and the practice take the brief, do the analysis, and stay on the call when it gets awkward. That is the point of remaining small.

Why us
Clients come to us when the last programme produced slides, or when the person who understood the warehouse has left. We are useful in that gap.
The difference
01
No account team between you and the work. Srini and the practice take the brief, do the analysis, and stay on the call when it gets awkward. That is the point of remaining small.
02
We will not pretend to be a thousand-person SI. Twenty years of hands-on data work, a firm since 2021, a handful of service lines we actually deliver. If the job needs a factory, we will say so.
03
G-Cloud 14 listed. Cyber Essentials PLUS. UK GDPR and NCSC guidance as a default, not a bolt-on. Commercial clients get the same controls without the ceremony.
04
AWS, Azure, GCP, Oracle — we design around the estate you have. We do not earn a rebate for moving you. The platform is a means.
05
Catalogues, tests, runbooks, named owners. We would rather leave you able to run it than invent a reason to stay. If you want us back, it should be for the next problem.
06
If the data cannot support the claim, or the brief is a tool in search of a question, we say no. That conversation is cheaper than a failed programme.

The engagement
01
We sit with the people who live the problem. Systems, constraints, politics, the question behind the brief. No workshop theatre.
02
Sources, owners, grain, quality, risk. A picture of the estate you can argue with — and then agree.
03
Pipelines, models, controls, the application if it is needed. In slices you can see, test and stop.
04
Runbooks, catalogues, named owners. We leave knowledge behind, not a retainer you cannot leave.
A short conversation is usually enough to know whether this is a two-week discovery or a longer piece of work. No pitch deck.
